Ok, so I must admit I’m a huge fan of YSL makeup line. And “Baby Doll Kiss and Blush” (Who comes up with these super cute names that FORCES me to open my wallet??!!?? who!!??) is on my must list.  The colors are absolutely gorgeous.  Especially on those “omg I’m so late” days when I’m putting on my BB Cream and rushing out the door, these baby dolls always come to my rescue.  I have a habit of basically washing my face with the BB Cream (Like it’s soap. Ok, but I have a GREAT reason for this.. I’ll explain on my next post.) and unknowingly concealing my entire lips.

But Voila~~ these Baby Dolls actually blend so well with my BB Cream.  TIP: Use your BB as a BASE color for your lip tint.  Apply with applicator to the CENTER of your lips only, then softly blend the color OUTWARDS (towards the edge of your lips).  What’s even lovelier is the fact that these Baby Dolls can be used as blush as well! But the colors do tend to be very bold for most of line, so make sure you blend it on your hand/palm before gently applying to your cheeks. (Or blend it with BB Cream!) I personally don’t like using anything for my cheeks because I have redness on my face anyways. But if you have a paler and fairer complexion, these can work great for you. (For those of you that have freckles and dark spots like me…. =( sorry gals, I wouldn’t recommend it for cheeks. But feel free to prove me wrong!!)  You can try these at any Sephora stores. =) Make sure you try out the colors first in person – these small bottles are quite pricey ($40) so it’s worth it to try out some colors before making a purchase.
